Overview:

You will own the weekly planning horizon, working directly with the category, operations, and demand planning team to understand the constraints of the business and build strategic roadmaps that unlock growth in revenue across all categories while streamlining the process for long-term goals.

Your focus will be collaborating with the operations team managing warehouse operations, last mile and first mile efficiency, creating plans to understand capacity trends and paths forward, and understanding local trends to forecast and help the marketing and category team to grow the revenue.

Using analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau dashboards, you will review the plans and drive insights, transforming complex data into readable and actionable formats for leadership decision-making and other stakeholders.

You will lead key projects working closely with the local brand teams and country manager, driving achievement on key goals set for the financial year. While primarily an office-based role, this position includes minimal travel to other regions of Saudi Arabia to gain a deeper understanding of the customer, operations, brands, and category.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop end-to-end business strategy, customer experience & offering for expansions.
  2. Drive execution of business process improvement and business growth opportunities across multiple global teams and product lines, working closely with business, operations, and technical teams.
  3. Identify areas of automation and write the business and functional requirements, then program manage the automation programs interacting with business, operations, and technical teams.
  4. Define, measure, and present metrics and reports to leadership teams.
  5. Effectively engage with customers to manage and resolve issues.
  6. Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with Product teams.

Preferred Qualification:

  1. 3+ Years of experience in the e-commerce/retail industry.
  2. 3+ Years of driving process improvement experience, driving automation and standardization.
  3. Experience in internal and external stakeholder management.
  4. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
  5. English and Arabic fluency.
