Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily production operations.
2. Coordinate between different departments to ensure efficient workflow.
3. Monitor worker performance and direct them according to production plans.
4. Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards in the factory.
5. Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality.
6. Cooperate with the production team to improve operations and reduce waste.
7. Submit periodic reports to management on production and operational issues.

Skills Requirements:

1. At least three years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
2. At least two years of experience in quality control.
3. Able to lead, organize, and make decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. A degree in engineering or industrial management is preferred.

Knowledge of quality specifications and industrial standards.
