What You’ll Do

As a Senior Analyst within BCG’s Center for Digital Government (CDG), a part of the Public Sector and Technology & Digital Advantage Practice, you will work in a growing global team, providing digital government expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. Some weeks, you’ll help many different case teams work through challenging digital government issues, while other weeks, you might ‘go deep’ at a single client, sometimes directly with client counterparts.

Additionally, you will support the CDG in developing existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Analyst, you will assist with onboarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-3 years of consulting experience with digital government focus required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3-6 years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.

• Taking ownership of tasks and proactively driving them to a successful outcome
• Communicating with senior stakeholders, in a credible and confident way
• Codifying knowledge and maintaining assets and tools for BCG’s CDG based on different client contexts
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working
• Writing clearly and concisely
• Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
