Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans targeting corporate clients, event organizers, and sponsors. Actively seek new business opportunities to drive growth in events, exhibitions, and services. Exceed sales targets through effective planning and client engagement.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract management, while delivering tailored presentations and proposals.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitors. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team.
Revenue Generation & Budget Management: Maximize revenue opportunities through venue rentals and event services. Manage sales budgets efficiently and explore sponsorships to increase profitability.
Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure successful event execution. Attend networking events and conferences to build connections and promote Vanguard.
Qualifications
7-10 years of proven sales experience in events, exhibitions, or hospitality services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Strong network within the industry and excellent relationship-building skills.
Experience with the full sales process, from planning to closing deals.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Proficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
