Job description

·Lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets for crane and transport services. Focus on strategic client acquisition (oil & gas, construction) and fostering long-term partnerships in Saudi Arabia’s competitive market.

·Train and mentor 5-7 sales executives on technical product knowledge (e.g., crane load capacities, transport route planning).

·Monitor team KPIs (conversion rates, client retention) and provide performance feedback.

·Negotiate high-value contracts with contractors, EPC firms, and government entities.

·Develop pricing strategies for complex projects (e.g., multi-crane operations).

Skills

·5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years in a supervisory role withinconstruction equipment, heavy machinery, or industrial services.
