Job description

Position Summary

The general role for PM includes managing the PIPECARE operational projects at corporate office and PIPECARE subsidiaries. PIPECARE operational projects involve (but are not limited to) the mobilization of resources to the Oil & Gas fields, servicing the Oil & Gas pipelines, arranging field surveys and field verifications, demobilization of equipment upon completion, and reporting. The candidate will lead a project team, producing, executing, and controlling the project budget.

General Responsibilities

  1. Comply always and fully with PIPECARE HSE requirements.
  2. Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time).
  3. Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and safeguard PIPECARE trade secrets.
  4. Respect and support fellow employees at all times.
  5. Respond to changes positively (technical advancements as well as organizational adaptations).
  6. Act in such a manner that PIPECARE’s reputation is highly respected.
  7. Be results-oriented; alert others timely when a task may not produce the required result for PIPECARE’s final product.
  8. Follow PIPECARE’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required.
  9. Assure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE.
  10. Identify training requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities

  1. Contract review.
  2. Planning and coordination of activities.
  3. Ensuring all project-related info is entered in ERP.
  4. Plan internal and external KOM.
  5. Place all necessary requests and check with RM on resource.
  6. Review assigned budget from sales.
  7. Request site assessment.
  8. Request TM, Log (supply chain) & DA for their services and agree on dates (Handshake).
  9. Request Task to TM.
  10. Request Task to LOG.
  11. Request Task to DA.
  12. Create Purchase requisitions when required.
  13. Job Safety Analysis.
  14. Have a briefing meeting with relevant parties when required internally.
  15. Obtain written approvals from customers prior to run & have focal point identified from customer side prior to mobilization.
  16. PM to get recorded Tool Box Meeting.
  17. Realization of field activities.
  18. Demobilization activities.
  19. Payment milestones /Invoicing.
  20. Follow up on Invoice approvals.
  21. Responsible for upselling and cross-selling.
  22. Ensure tool/MP rent is paid on time.

Skills

Skills/Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant).
  2. Min 3 years of operation planning experience.
  3. Experience in Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting.
  4. Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
  5. Fluency in English; the language of the Territory or Main Country is an advantage.
  6. Ability to travel extensively.

  3. Safety in well place to be ensured at site.
  4. Timely reports submission.
