Job description

Organize office and assist associates on day to day activities.

  1. Arrange meetings and appointments.
  2. Provide support in arranging hotels for company arranged training events.
  3. Perform OFAC checks for new customers.
  4. Assist AM with D365 data entry.
  5. Serve as backup during AM's PTO/leave.
  6. Prepare and email contracts to customers (cc: AM).
  7. Contract filing to SharePoint and local archive.
  8. Update contract tracking log on SharePoint.
  9. Notify finance to create an NAV job card.
