Job Title: Bartender

Position Summary:

The Bartender should possess the skill, personality, and passion to deliver FG unique products and standard of customer service. Previous cocktail/mocktail/hot beverage knowledge is essential, backed by impeccable attention to detail. FG is known for providing top quality drinks over multiple years, so your role is very important in maintaining this expectation now placed upon us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure recipe beverage consistency according to Brand standards and recipe book.
2. Ensure that service is always aligned with FG philosophy and standards.
3. Recognize that guest service and attention to detail is your top priority.
4. Provide a genuine greeting saying, "Good afternoon/evening and welcome to FOODS GATE" or "Irasshaimase," and upon departure, thank them with a genuine farewell.
5. Able to communicate clearly and with respect to Bar backs and ensure work is appreciated.
6. Attendance in daily briefings to deliver beverage brief in the Bar Manager's absence.
7. Possess a strong charismatic personality and smart polished appearance every day.
8. Maintain a professional appearance at all times and conduct personal behavior in a mature and professional manner when representing FOODS GATE.
9. Handle being tested monthly to ensure continuous development and unmatched product knowledge skills.
10. Take pride and care in your surroundings and the building.
11. Ability to create and contribute to the Bar Manager's vision of unique beverages for our guests and keep FOODS GATE ahead of our competitors.
12. Manage a delivery of 2 AA and above beverage quality.
13. Keep HACCP level of food and beverage safety within the department.

Education:

1. Higher Education or specialized certification in the field of work.
2. Higher business degree (Bachelors or similar).

Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in a fine dining bar atmosphere.

1. Customer and Personal Service knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for services.
2. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

4. Service orientation, actively looking for ways to help people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
