The Indian Sales Engineer position in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is a dynamic role that combines technical expertise with sales in heavy equipment rental, earthworks, pipeline construction, marine tools sales, and infrastructure works. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth in the call center and customer care outsourcing industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our services.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  4. Provide technical support and training to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation of services.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to clients in a timely manner.
  7. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our services and network with potential clients.
  8. Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  9. Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support the sales process.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to management.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Technical background in engineering or related fields.
  3. Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or outsourcing sector.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  8. Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
