Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of mechanical and welding technicians in daily maintenance activities.
2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
3. Coordinate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
4. Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical and welding equipment to identify and address potential issues.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
6. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on mechanical and welding procedures.
7. Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively, optimizing costs and performance.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical and welding technologies.
