Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with property owners, developers, and agencies to create and maintain lists of residential properties, providing accurate information.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector.
3. Develop and implement effective sales and business strategies.
