• Design and implement new infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, and operating systems with required applications.
• Plan and execute infrastructure and operating systems upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure that infrastructure solutions align with organizational goals and requirements.
• Manage and maintain operating systems server, storage, and applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
• Provide technical support to end-users for infrastructure-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Document and share knowledge with the support team.
• Experienced in installing, managing, and maintaining Server Infrastructure and Cloud Platform & Infrastructure.
• Infrastructure support often requires 24/7 coverage, so shift work may be necessary.
• On-Call Responsibilities: Being on call to respond to urgent infrastructure issues outside of regular working hours may be required.
• Anticipate future needs and develop a roadmap for modernization.
• Prioritize activities.
• Monitor and respond promptly to incidents.
