Key Accountabilities:
Manage all aspects of marketing and sales for all sectors of urban development.
Design and prepare marketing and sales plans for urban projects that suit customers' needs and align with their geographical and customer category requirements.
Prepare, develop, and manage annual marketing budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing urban market and customer trends.
Participate in the implementation of market studies and research in cooperation with the Business Development Manager.
Build strategies for relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities for each product (project).
Maintain constant access to the urban development market to know the latest techniques and methods of promotion and marketing.
Act as a technical and training reference in marketing, sales, and customer service for all employees in this field within the company.
Carry out all administrative tasks related to the selection, dismissal, training, rewarding, and discounting of the workers under management to achieve the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills:
Full understanding of the urban development market in the Kingdom and all legal and financial aspects.
Deep knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding the urban development market.
The ability to persuade and build marketing plans using appropriate marketing channels.
High communication and negotiation skills.
Delegation skills and task distribution.
Leadership and supervisory skills.
Very good English proficiency.
