Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing the serving staff, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling customer complaints or concerns, and assisting with food preparation and serving as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
