Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Summarizes HR data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns to inform senior leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Formulates feasible short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for performance metrics based on data insights and presents recommendations to management.
  • Evaluates HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance requirements.
