OSP/PON Presales Telecom/Civil Engineer

We are looking for aOSP/PON Presales Telecom/Civil Engineer,for our Company Bazy Trading & Contracting in Saudi Arabia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Respond to RFP’s/RFQ's and create winning proposals.
• Working closely with all teams (Finance, service delivery, legal, etc) to develop a winning proposal, competitor evaluation and creating differentiated value propositions.
• Responding to RFI's and capability questionnaires - articulate responses to a “request for information” to showcase company capabilities and strengths in the specific domain.
• Knowledge & content management.
• Build a network of suppliers and manufacturers related to the filed to assure competitive pricing.

Skills

• Telecom/Civil Engineer BSc degree.
• Senior presales with experience in telecom network / OSP / Fiber network components.
• Familiar with telecom and PIF standards and UPL items (stc, Tahakom, SCAI, STCS, etc)
• Very good understanding of Pre-sales process and activities.
• Prefer to have knowledge and certifications in networking CCNA, CCNP, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Good analytical & research skills; ability to draw meaningful insights and inferences from data and build a competitive proposal.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with diverse & global teams from vendor and suppliers.
• Keeping and managing all RFP and proposals documents and prepare reports for management.
