What part will you play?

As a Client Partner Executive for Smart Infrastructure, you will be the strategic lead for Advanta’s business with specific clients in the smart infrastructure and urban development sectors. You will own the client relationship, manage the overall business strategy, and drive the execution of growth initiatives by leveraging the Siemens and Siemens Advanta portfolio. Your role will be central in shaping and delivering cutting-edge, sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of smart cities and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and drive the sales strategy for your assigned client accounts within the Smart Infrastructure and Smart City Solutions domains.
2. Identify and engage C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders in smart city projects.
3. Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline.
4. Nurture and qualify leads through needs analysis, value proposition communication, and solution design.
5. Drive the entire sales process, including forecasting, account strategy, cost estimation, and negotiation.
6. Lead the creation of specific value propositions for your clients.

What you need to make real what matters.

1. Several years of experience in technology-driven services or solutions, with a proven track record in developing and delivering projects focused on Smart Infrastructure or Smart City Solutions.
2. Deep domain knowledge of smart city and infrastructure assets.
3. A strong understanding of relevant technology stacks, including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, cybersecurity, AI, IT, and OT.
4. A results-oriented, entrepreneurial approach with a strong focus on value selling, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
5. Expertise in understanding the customer journey in the context of smart cities and urban digitalization.
6. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly across organizational levels, functions, and geographies.
7. Experience working with international teams and clients on cross-border smart infrastructure projects.
