Job Description: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Bans Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.
2. Ensure consistent quality in every cup by following recipes and proper brewing techniques.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions efficiently.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area.
5. Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
6. Educate customers about our coffee offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences.
7. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.
8. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
2. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
6. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
7. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
