Provide leadership & management to the whole stores under his supervision to maximize sales profits, recommend marketing strategies & new store locations, and ensure the standards of products quality, customer satisfaction, cash sales receipts, teamwork development to assure efficiencies & continuity in operations.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
Communicate company strategies & objectives clearly and effectively to the management team along with the actions to accomplish Company's objectives (long term / short term).
Prepare the annual budget.
Direct Store Managers to the correct procedures for setting the annual sales plans according to studying the capabilities of each area, approving them, and following up on their implementation.
Develop action plans to increase sales.
Develop action plans to control food cost rates.
Maximize Sales Opportunities through planning for new openings, additional services, maintaining suggestive selling techniques, and ensuring excellence.
Direct Store Managers to ensure that any government inspection of the region's branches is dealt with in a legal manner and the rights of the company are preserved.
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree.
Post graduate studies in business is preferable.
10+ years of experience.
Good command of the English language (reading, writing & speaking).
