Barista

4. Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
6. Stay updated on coffee trends and new beverage recipes.
7. Train new staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards.
8. Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
9. Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives.
10. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
