eCommerce Manager

This position reports directly to the Head of eCommerce- GCC and is based at Jeddah, KSA.

Job Purpose:

The eCommerce manager will partner with cross-functional teams to help maximize the online customer experience & grow the eCommerce business of KENVUE, establishing KENVUE as leaders in this field. This position requires excellent communication skills when dealing with stakeholders & partners as well as the ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management & development of the KENVUE eCommerce business and sales targets in KSA cluster whilst following the strategy of growth and excellence in execution set by the Head of Ecommerce-GCC and the KSA commercial Head.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the Kenvue eCommerce business with internal & external teams including working closely with our market distributor.
  2. Increase sales & profitability guided by the eCommerce strategy.
  3. Achieve revenue and profit targets.
  4. Grow our Ecommerce share YOY.
  5. Remain informed of product category assortments, stock and seasonal merchandise.
  6. Partner with ecommerce sites to communicate & achieve KENVUE eCommerce business goals, continually enhance relationships with partners whilst developing and executing strategies to achieve the KENVUE eCommerce goals.
  7. Brainstorm new ideas and conduct competitive analysis with partners and internally.
  8. Regularly produce, analyse and distribute site reports to KENVUE eCommerce Leadership.
  9. Improve SCANR (Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation, Reviews) performance with all partners.
  10. Identify & engage with new eCommerce partners.
  11. Ensure the smooth delivery of KENVUE orders to eCommerce partners.
  12. Leverage business analysis and strong understanding of financial metrics to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve growth and profitability of the ecommerce business.
  13. Maintain robust competitive intelligence to monitor trends, pricing strategies and presentation techniques.
  14. Exhibit leadership capability to motivate and engage all stakeholders with regards to eCommerce growth.

What we are looking for

  1. KSA eCom experience (GCC good to have).
  2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  3. The ability to educate, engage and onboard partners, internal & external stakeholders with regards to the KENVUE eCommerce business objectives, values and requirements.
  4. Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
  5. Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
  6. 5+ years ecommerce experience required, 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce management.
  7. Strong track record in delivering focused business strategies.
  8. Very strong negotiation skills.
  9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comprehensive understanding of retail.
  10. Team-oriented with ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels; ability to negotiate and influence peers and members of cross-functional team.
  11. Strong listening, written and exceptional oral communication skills.
  12. Exceptional ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency.
