Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics to monitor the companys progress and success.
- Drive innovation and adapt to industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage the companys annual budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Secure funding and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Governance and Compliance

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience as a CEO, senior executive, or in a leadership role.
