Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
  • Assisting HR manager with data entry, record maintenance, payroll processing and providing clerical support to the HR team.
  • Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas.
  • Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
  • Coordinating orientation of newly hired employees, handling new hire paperwork, and assisting with workstation setup.
  • Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
  • Supporting benefits enrollment, and addressing benefits-related inquiries.
  • Preparing HR documents, and maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Handling inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Staying updated on labor laws, and ensuring HR processes align with regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, HR or admin experience, familiarity with HR software.

Salary: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
