Engineer Civil

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and executing civil engineering activities for our projects, with a focus on ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Experience in substation projects and a proven track record in the Gulf region or Saudi Arabia will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   1. Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
   2. Develop and review project plans, designs, and technical specifications.
   3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
2. Site Supervision:
   1. Supervise and inspect all civil engineering activities on-site to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
   2. Monitor subcontractors work to ensure it aligns with project requirements and safety regulations.
3. Substation Projects (Preferred):
   1. Manage civil works related to substation construction, including foundations, structural works, and site grading.
   2. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate civil works seamlessly into substation projects.
4. Regulatory Compliance and Coordination:
   1. Ensure all construction activities comply with local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
   2. Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and permits.
5. Quality Assurance:
   1. Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
   2. Conduct site inspections and generate reports on project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   1. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials, and site progress.
   2. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and schedules for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education:
   1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
2. Experience:
   1. 7-14 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on civil engineering works.
   2. Experience in substation projects is a significant advantage.
   3. Prior experience in the Gulf region or Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
3. Certification:
   1. Must be registered with an Engineering Council (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers or Pakistan Engineering Council).

Location:

This position is based at any project site within Saudi Arabia.
