As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the real estate market
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate sales professionals
Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
Understanding client requirements and accordingly briefing potential investors about the significance of the property
Implementing KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team
Providing regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities
Staying informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences
Utilizing market research to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the real estate industry
Personally handling key client accounts and complex negotiations
Assisting the team in negotiating and closing high-value real estate transactions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3 - 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Thrives in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
Fluency in English
