The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy for Salla. This role requires a proactive and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of branding and digital channels, who can lead teams in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing campaigns. You will develop strategic plans that leverage data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a strong brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the continuous development and positioning of the company's brand.
Lead a team of highly motivated marketing managers overseeing different functions including brand, PR, events, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, etc.
Plan the company's annual marketing budget and oversee its execution.
Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing, and more.
Use analytics and performance metrics to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI is maximized across all channels.
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to enhance digital strategies.
Establish strong relationships with external partners and agency resources to enhance digital capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
