As a Sales Account Manager at Cyberani, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts within the cybersecurity sector. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and delivering solutions that drive value. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of cybersecurity solutions and develop strategies to engage them.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Cybersecurity Services Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity products and services and keep up to date with industry trends and advancements.
Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure seamless integration of our solutions and services into the client's infrastructure.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and updates for senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in technical or business track.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
