Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 7 years as an HR Business Partner in a multinational company.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or similar are highly desirable to demonstrate professional expertise.
Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the Middle East region is preferred to navigate local HR practices effectively.
Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decision-making within the organization.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive HR initiatives.
Demonstrated skills in project management to lead HR initiatives from conception through execution.
