HR Business Partner

• Act as a key advisor to management on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and manage performance management frameworks that support employee development and align with business objectives.
• Manage HR budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to support business operations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, leveraging insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 7 years as an HR Business Partner in a multinational company.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, or similar are highly desirable to demonstrate professional expertise.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or the Middle East region is preferred to navigate local HR practices effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decision-making within the organization.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive HR initiatives.
• Demonstrated skills in project management to lead HR initiatives from conception through execution.
