Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Consultant with a strong background in supporting public sector projects, focusing on strategy development, organizational design, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to assist in driving innovation, managing performance through KPI tracking, and contributing to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support consulting engagements from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and assist in developing recommendations to solve business issues.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of public sector strategies, organizational design projects, and target operating models.
4. Assist in facilitating workshops, ideation sessions, and strategic discussions to help clients drive innovation and achieve results.
5. Support the execution of projects focused on strategy implementation, value realization, and performance management, including KPI tracking.
6. Assist in business development activities, such as preparing proposals, presentations, and helping to grow client relationships.
7. Develop clear and concise communication materials, presenting insights and recommendations to mid-level client stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in consulting, ideally working with public sector organizations on strategy development, organizational design, and digital transformation projects.
3. Experience supporting the development of business and operating models and working on project execution.
4. Understanding of digital transformation, agile methodologies, and organizational change management.
5. Experience in assisting with business case development, value realization, and KPI-driven performance management.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with mid-level stakeholders.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
