Job Description

Cosmocare Group, specialized in the manufacture of sanitary pads and wet wipes, is hiring for its KSA branch a direct sales supervisor.

Experience in trading and distribution companies for similar products in the Western region in KSA is a must.

Basic tasks:

  1. Commitment to achieving the sales target.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve B2B and B2C sales targets.
  3. Identify new business opportunities to acquire new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
  4. Monitor key performance indicators and provide reports and analysis to management and the sales team.
  5. Maintain a database for all customers including contact information such as mobile number, address, email, etc.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments in the B2B sales industry.
  7. Conduct thorough investigations to achieve the best sales volume.
  8. Collect and follow up on payments.
  9. Regular customer visits according to investment volume.
  10. Continuously increase the sales segment.
  11. Attract new customers.
  12. Build good and constructive relationships with customers.
  13. Form a strong sales team under supervision, providing training and qualification, and following up on the visit plan and results achieved.

Job Requirements

  • KSA experience is a must in the same field and products.
  • Higher educational qualification.
  • Age not exceeding 40 years.
  • Ability to use programs such as Excel and Odoo, and prepare reports efficiently.
  • Completion of military service or exemption from it.
