Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage Work Dynamics consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that address client challenges effectively.
2. Contribute to the execution of the Work Dynamics strategy in MEA, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
3. Support business development efforts and cultivate client relationships.
4. Lead project teams to deliver exceptional results in:
1. Place-focused strategies: portfolio, location, workplace...
2. People-focused strategies: transformation and change, experience, organizational design/operating model...
5. Assist in refining consulting offerings and value propositions.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
7. Coach and develop junior team members.
8. Participate in regional team meetings and contribute to MEA business initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. 5-7 years in strategic or management consulting, focusing on people and place strategies.
2. Experience in project management and client relationship management.
3. Understanding of MEA market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
4. Ability to travel within GCC and Middle East as required.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience in real estate, professional services, or business services preferred.
7. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
10. Fluency in English required; Arabic skills highly desirable.
