Job Title
This position is for a full-time faculty member in the Public Health Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses related to the MBBS program and other relevant graduate studies. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to scholarly research and engage in administrative duties within the university.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the courses are taught in accordance with the learning objectives.
Contribute towards the preparation of the course description and weekly schedule as per the assignment from the Course Director/Year Director.
Contribute/involve in scholarly research and publication activity related to the field.
Contribute/involve in the administrative assignments through various committees, university services, and social responsibilities.
Thesis supervision and dissertation guidance.
Prepare course specifications and course reports in accordance with NCAAA standards. Participate in assessment assignments (OSCE/SAQ/MCQ/Exams) including invigilation, course marking, and other related activities such as preparing/writing OSCE stations, MCQs, SAQs, etc. Develop and administer a variety of assessments, including exams, quizzes, assignments, and presentations. Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback. Use assessment data to improve teaching and learning practices.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
Ph.D. in Public Health with an excellent teaching, research, and publication record, minimum of 8-10 years experience.
