Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Lead and mentor site teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among different departments.
- Review project documents, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Address any technical challenges and provide expert guidance to the execution team.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project execution.
- At least 10 years of experience working with a consultant organization in project execution, preferably on construction sites within the last decade.
- Proven experience in executing at least one STP project (preferably within the last 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution strategies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and quality assurance practices.
