IT Business Analyst (AI Solutions) - Location: Riyadh

Position Objectives

To bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven IT solutions, ensuring technology implementations align with strategic objectives. The IT Business Analyst will identify, evaluate, and recommend AI innovations, oversee their successful implementation, and continuously enhance operational efficiency through advanced analytics and intelligent systems.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for AI integration and process automation.
• Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and capture AS-IS processes, focusing on AI enhancement.
• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, including machine learning models, NLP tools, and predictive analytics platforms.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, process maps, and workflows for AI systems.
• Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor the performance of implemented AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
• Perform gap analyses to optimize systems with AI and identify additional automation opportunities.
• Provide technical training and documentation to ensure seamless adoption of AI technologies.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Business Analyst working on AI-focused projects across industries.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to implement AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
• Proficiency with AI platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data visualization tools, and process modeling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in transforming unstructured data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple AI projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with advanced English proficiency preferred.

• Familiarity with AI ethics, model interpretability, and data governance frameworks.
• Expertise in implementing AI solutions for automation, predictive maintenance, and decision support systems.
