Electronic Computer Maintenance

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintenance work required for computers as per the procedures adopted by the institution.
2. Responsible for the periodic checking of devices as per the procedures adopted by the institution.
3. Responsible for maintenance services relating to computerized devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
4. Responsible for downloading software and operating systems on devices and maintaining copies of software assets.
5. Responsible for creating and saving CDs containing the latest amendments (Back-Up) for all approved devices.
6. Write a report on the accomplishments and postponed work, including reasons for postponement.
7. Responsible for providing technical descriptions of computers before purchasing any devices.
8. Responsible for keeping records of all models reviewed by the Quality Department, with all works subject to internal audit.

Job Specification

1. Familiarity with this specialization.
2. Effective communication skills for delivering information to specialists and non-specialists.
