AC Technician ( Hotel AC Maintenance ) For a leading Hotel in Madina

Role & Responsibilities

Need AC Technician (MUSLIM) for a leading Hotel in Madina with Hotel AC Maintenance experience only.

Qualification: Diploma or ITI

Experience: 3-6 years in Hotel AC Maintenance

1. Implementing periodic maintenance and repair of public central air conditioners, refrigeration devices, and cooling rooms.
2. Installation and operation of central air conditioning and refrigeration devices.
3. Inspecting air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, diagnosing their wear and tear, and performing maintenance in light of the manufacturers' manuals and the directives of the responsible engineer.
4. Participate in diagnosing mechanical malfunctions of air conditioning and refrigeration devices and carrying out various air conditioning and refrigeration installation works.
5. Implementing a preventive maintenance program for devices.
6. Providing and calibrating inspection and measuring devices used at work.
7. Contributing to technical consultations in the field of work.
8. Conduct periodic cleaning of various air conditioner filters.
9. Carrying out preventive maintenance operations, repairing faults, maintaining and installing the work of air conditioning and refrigeration units according to the direct manager's directives and plans.
10. Thorough knowledge of central commercial cooling systems and their internal components.
11. Thorough knowledge of central integrated air conditioning systems and their internal components.
12. The ability to detect, diagnose, and repair faults in both air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
13. Ordering and installing the required spare parts.
14. The ability to read drawings and diagrams.
15. Hotel experience is required.
