Use recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to onboarding
Minimum Competence Requirement:
Engineering from a recognized institute.
4-5 years of field experience as a Sr. Talent Acquisition in technical maintenance manpower & Shutdown manpower in oil refineries, petrochemicals, or power generation plants.
Minimum 2-3 years in hiring of plant maintenance and shutdown manpower in KSA (SABIC & ARAMCO).
Should be well versed with all the operational procedures of SABIC & ARAMCO.
