Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  2. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  3. Lead employment branding initiatives
  4. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  5. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
  6. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  7. Assist in employee retention and development
  8. Supervise recruiting personnel
  9. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events
  10. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  11. Participate in the interviewing process and make the final hiring decision
  12. Assist with internal hiring efforts, including assessing existing employees within the organization for senior roles
  13. Organize and attend career fairs to source suitable candidates
  14. Develop effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning
  15. Sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools
  16. Manage recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews
  17. Provide candidates with information on salary, corporate benefits, and work environment
  18. Provide recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data
  19. Develop competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention
  20. Use job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions
  21. Use recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to onboarding

Minimum Competence Requirement:

  • Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • 4-5 years of field experience as a Sr. Talent Acquisition in technical maintenance manpower & Shutdown manpower in oil refineries, petrochemicals, or power generation plants.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in hiring of plant maintenance and shutdown manpower in KSA (SABIC & ARAMCO).
  • Should be well versed with all the operational procedures of SABIC & ARAMCO.
