The Head Waiter is responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and leading the waitstaff. This role involves coordinating service, assisting guests, and maintaining high hospitality standards in line with Accor Hotels’ policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
Greet and assist guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.
Ensure tables are set, clean, and well-presented at all times.
Train and mentor new waitstaff to maintain service excellence.
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
