Work closely with other Supervisors or Department Heads related to all departments in the hotel, such as Maintenance Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Executive Chef, and Finance Manager.
Desired Skills:
Responsible for the entire front office at our hotel.
Provide the best first and last impression to our guests.
Helpful and knowledgeable to provide guests the assistance and service they require.
Improve standard operating procedures when necessary and train less experienced staff.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in front office and 2 years in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Effective communication skills to liaise with guests and other departments.
Confident in writing emails and working with numbers.
Good operational computer skills and property management systems.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and the importance of being customer-focused.
