Facade Specialist

As a Facade Engineer on our consultant team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of facade design and construction.

1. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
2. Review and assess facade design proposals, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
3. Conduct thorough inspections during construction to verify that facade elements are installed correctly.
4. Address any design discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain quality.
5. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates related to facade design and construction.
6. Review all contractor received documents during project execution (e.g. Shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, etc.).
7. Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.
8. Troubleshoot facade-related challenges during construction.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and innovative facade solutions.
10. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
11. Provide technical guidance and recommendations based on best practices.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in facade design or construction supervision.
3. Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
