About The Role
Are you a seasoned IT service management professional who can keep airline operations running smoothly?
Your role will see you lead the collaboration between RX IT teams, business units, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll oversee critical applications and services, and proactively address potential disruptions to maintain operational excellence.
Success in this role demands a solid foundational understanding of the airline business domain, as you will appreciate the application and services landscape, as well as the potential business impact if these are not performing and being managed as per agreed service levels.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in IT Service Management and IT Operations. Further, you must possess at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules.
Credentials as a ServiceNow Practitioner are mandatory. Extra points if you are a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. You are also expected to be ITIL Certified (preferably v3 Expert or v4 Managing Professional).
