Waiter

Waiter/Waitress (Malayalee)

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Medina. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to guests. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and have previous experience as a waiter/waitress.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and make them feel welcome
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately
3. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
4. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
5. Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before guests arrive
6. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
7. Maintain knowledge of all menu items and specials
8. Assist with opening/closing tasks as needed

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Malayalam (written and spoken)
2. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Basic math skills for handling payments
6. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1300 per month (plus tips)

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (open to Malayalee candidates)
