Our client is a very prestigious holding company in Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of an Organisation Development Manager.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:
Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
Design and develop HR training programs for management and employees.
Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.
Review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.
Assess the effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
Train employees on HR issues and practices; present course materials.
Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters; conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in training and development or organizational development.
Three years of training experience, and at least one year of management experience.
Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
CPLP credential is preferred.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is preferred.
