As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operations of our site, leading a dedicated team towards achieving operational goals and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse operational team including Reception, Office Management, Case Management, Employer Engagement, and Facilities.
• Operational Oversight: Take overall responsibility for daily site operations, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring optimal performance across all functions.
• Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with Partnership, Marketing, MI, and Reporting teams to inform and evolve regional strategies based on data analytics.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and coaching to team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
• Compliance and HR: Ensure adherence to company policies, handle employee relations issues, and support fair recruitment and development activities.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold quality and customer experience standards internally and externally, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years leading large operational teams, preferably in social beneficiary programs or government-funded projects.
• Skills: Strong people management, excellent communication, and advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Traits: Resilient, adaptable, with a strong ethical approach and a passion for community service.
