Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Front Office Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Manage the hotel database and save all necessary guest information into the main system.
2. Record all required information in the official logs (Police Log).
3. Track and register all special nationality passports according to country laws.
4. Assign and maintain a safe area for keeping guests' passports until returned to their owners.
5. Register all groups in the police record file according to their arrival and departure.
6. File and save registration cards for all guests by date in alphabetical order.
7. Print daily actual arrival and departure reports to check in and check out guests from the police record.

Work closely with the security department and police office to provide them with any requested information.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in English (verbal and written); a second language is an asset.
2. Previous customer-related experience preferred.
3. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications is an asset.
4. Must be able to type 25 words per minute.
5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
