HVAC Technician Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Leading and managing MEP for ESCO projects from conception to completion.
2. Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
3. Handling the retrofit/installation jobs for any kind of chillers, pumps, AHUs, and DX units installations.
4. Expertise in analyzing the HVAC system and modifying/optimizing the system for more energy efficiency.
5. BOQ preparation for all kinds of mechanical equipment and its installation process.
6. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
7. Overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
8. Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
9. Managing project budgets and costs, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
10. Supervising and mentoring team members, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
11. Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards.
12. Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during a project.
13. Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in MEP.
14. Contributing to the establishment of the project execution plan, health and safety plan, QA/QC, and other documents as required.

Skills

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical or similar field.

• 7 - 10 years of experience in the field of MEP/HVAC activity.

• Energy efficiency experience is highly preferred.

• Exposure in MEP and infra projects.

• Data analytics experience preferred.
