HVAC Technician Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Leading and managing MEP for ESCO projects from conception to completion.
- Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Handling the retrofit/installation jobs for any kind of chillers, pumps, AHUs, and DX units installations.
- Expertise in analyzing the HVAC system and modifying/optimizing the system for more energy efficiency.
- BOQ preparation for all kinds of mechanical equipment and its installation process.
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Managing project budgets and costs, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
- Supervising and mentoring team members, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards.
- Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during a project.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in MEP.
- Contributing to the establishment of the project execution plan, health and safety plan, QA/QC, and other documents as required.
Skills
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical or similar field.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in the field of MEP/HVAC activity.
• Energy efficiency experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure in MEP and infra projects.
• Data analytics experience preferred.
