Job description

Summary of Job Post

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and exceed sales targets.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, networking).
  • Experience using CRM software and data analytics tools.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, or relevant sales certifications.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Sales and Business Acumen:

  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to upsell or cross-sell IT solutions effectively.
  • Excellent financial acumen for managing budgets, pricing, and ROI calculations.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, for presenting solutions, creating proposals, and maintaining client documentation.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:

  • Ability to assess clients' Business and IT challenges and recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities within accounts.

Project Management:

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus, to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Industry Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in sales, business development, or account management role with an IT solutions provider or technology company.
  • Experience in managing accounts for mid-sized to enterprise-level clients.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Technical Experience:

  • Direct experience in selling IT solutions such as Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, cloud computing, managed IT services, network security, and software solutions.
  • Familiarity with vendor and partner ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Huawei).

Client Relationship Management:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, with success in client retention and revenue growth.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of IT trends, such as digital transformation, hybrid cloud environments, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
