Site Supervisor

Position Title: Site Supervisor

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 6K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportation

Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA

About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
2. Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
3. Conduct quantity take-off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
4. Supervise sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Indian nationals.
2. Male, 40 years old and below.
3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable.
4. Willing to travel within the region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.).
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
6. Preferably with a driver’s license.
