Job Title: CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and the evolving IT landscape.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity across the organization.
• Oversee leadership development programs and succession planning to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs in line with market trends and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations while adhering to best HR practices.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive organizational change and business transformation.
• Introduce HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a balanced and equitable workplace.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR executive in the IT industry or a related sector.
• Deep understanding of HR trends, especially in technology-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and cultural transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multinational IT organizations or large-scale technology projects.
• Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD Level 7 are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with HR analytics, digital transformation, and global HR standards.
