Job description

Leading RSG's culture and engagement strategy, including the management and execution of the annual employee survey, employer branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and related awareness campaigns. This role involves strategic planning and collaboration with People Analytics, HR, Public Relations (PR), and Internal Communications and other stakeholders to ensure that engagement initiatives are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals. The Engagement Manager plays a critical role in fostering a vibrant workplace culture that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.

Job Responsibilities:

Culture and Engagement Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Manage the annual employee engagement survey process from design to data analysis, reporting, and result implementation.
  • Coordinate with People Analytics to interpret engagement data and recommend timely actions and initiatives.

Employer Branding and EVP:

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies that align with Red Sea Global's vision and market positioning.
  • Refine and promote the EVP to ensure it reflects the organization's values and attracts prospective employees.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR to communicate the employer brand internally and externally.

Awareness Campaigns and Activities:

  • Plan and implement awareness campaigns that highlight company values, culture, employee benefits, and DE&I commitments.
  • Organize and oversee corporate events and activities that boost employee morale, promote engagement, and celebrate diversity.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with HR to integrate engagement strategies with overall HR programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with Internal Communications to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Engage with HRBP & leadership across the organization to champion and drive culture and engagement initiatives.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):

  • Lead the development and execution of DE&I initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Integrate DE&I principles into all engagement strategies and employer branding efforts to ensure inclusivity and representation across all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with HR and GRC teams to ensure DE&I policies are up-to-date, reflective of current laws and best practices, and effectively communicated within the organization.

Budget and Financial Oversight:

  • Collaborate with HR PMO to set annual budgets based on past spending, expected initiatives, and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources to maximize the impact of engagement initiatives on organizational culture.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality and effectiveness of engagement programs.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in employee engagement, culture management, DE&I, or a related strategic HR role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing cultural & engagement strategies within a diverse organization.
