Leading RSG's culture and engagement strategy, including the management and execution of the annual employee survey, employer branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and related awareness campaigns. This role involves strategic planning and collaboration with People Analytics, HR, Public Relations (PR), and Internal Communications and other stakeholders to ensure that engagement initiatives are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals.
